Backloading
One of the most popular types of loading, allows you to work with any kind of goods, packed, palletized, fixed on pallets. This is the only loading method for all warehouses stocked according to European standards. For drivers, it remains the most convenient, since for the main process it is enough for them to raise the awning, open the rear doors. Rear loading can be carried out on tarpaulin, refrigerated, all-metal vehicles.
This option involves loading the car from above using any crane. When loading from the top, oversized cargo can be loaded from the side, but there is a high probability of damage to both the car and the cargo itself. The usual procedure for this type of loading takes place in stages, initially the load is attached to the crane, and then it is fed into the body through the top of the vehicle. Heavy, oversized cargo, such as metal structures, industrial equipment, can be efficiently loaded in this way into open or tilt cars.
Using a forklift or rokla with ramps is possible when using side loading for tilt vehicles. Unawning a car with a "curtain" takes no more than 15 minutes, significantly saving time for the work being done. When working on a forklift, no additional procedures are required, but if a rokla is used, a metal sheet is laid horizontally between the ramp and the car body. This facilitates the delivery of cargo inside the car, makes the loading process itself more convenient.
